Woo hoo………I’ve just completed my first week at MK Fit Body Boot Camp.  Although I didn’t know exactly what it entailed when I signed up, apart from what’s on Youtube, I’m glad I did.  I’m currently doing the 21 day fat loss challenge. So last Sunday I took my measurements and calculated my body fat using the tape measure method.

Salmon & Watercress fishcakes

When me and bf returned home yesterday, after a double long trek around the forest, we were hungry and in need of some quick nutritious food. I had a couple of tins of salmon and a bag of watercress to hand so decided fishcakes were the way to go. I’ve previously made fishcakes from Mark Sisson’s cookbook which are great, but I fancied spicing things up a bit.

As promised here is the cookie recipe I spoke about in my last post.

Cookies! Although not completely primal, the ones I make are far more superior in nutritional content from the processed type you will find in the supermarket.  I came across this recipe on the web, I can’t remember exactly where but as I enjoy a cookie as much as the next person it instantly stuck in my head!
